Camp HHC 2011 is quickly approaching!  This year, programs will be held from Wednesday, June 22 through Thursday, August 11, and will run Monday-Thursday, from 8:45-3:15. Many exciting activities are planned, and each group will participate in a unique blend of fun theme related activities and academic/developmental review focusing on socialization, play skills and making friends. Small group Music Therapy is included in the cost, and will be scheduled during camp hours. Other therapies will continue and will take place during camp hours as well (except in extreme cases when students are seen multiple times per week). Pre-Registration deadline is Friday, March 11 for current HHC students, and April 4 for new students. Acceptance letters will then be sent out to current HHC students, and the Non-Refundable Curriculum Fee will be due by Thursday. March 24. Acceptance letters for non-HHC students will be sent out by April 11, with Curriculum Fees due April 25. I.O. Waiver and Level One Waiver Funding is available to cover camp fees for students who qualify, and will be limited for each grade level this year. Funding will be based on several different factors including financial need and timeliness of application. If you are interested in utilizing Waiver funds, please contact your case manager and our office as soon as possible to set up an ISP. Summer Camp Fees will be split into two equal payments, due June 1and July 1. The following are the list of Camper Classrooms and price ranges. Fees will be determined on a per child basis, based on social and behavioral needs as determined by the staff of HHC. The fee for all typical peer models is $700 for full time camp or $400 for part time camp for the whole summer. Typical peer siblings of paid students will receive a $100 discount and will not be assessed the curriculum fee! Please call our office with questions.

Helping Hands Center has a limited number of placements available for summer only students in our Pre-school, Kindergarten and School- Age classrooms. We will not enroll students for summer only in our Early Intervention classroom.
