Prospective Parent Information

Welcome to Helping Hands Center! If you are interested in receiving therapy services please click on the Enrollment Form and send it in to our office. If you are interested in our school program, please fill out the Education Center Application and send in to our office, with attention to Erin Nealy, Director of Student Services. If you are interested in attending a Prospective Parent Informational Tour, please call our office (614-262-7520) to schedule. Once we receive your application you will be placed on the waitlist for each therapy and classroom you request.

When a spot becomes available in the Education Center you will be contacted by one of our Directors to schedule an assessment. There will be a $250 fee for the classroom assessment, payable at the time of the appointment. If it is determined that your child is not appropriate for our opening the fee will be returned. The fee will be applied to your first installment payment once a contract is signed. If a spot is offered and refused the assessment fee is non-refundable.

If you request multiple therapies and the Education Center it is possible that openings will occur at different times. An individual therapist will contact you if they have an opening in their schedule. Please keep in mind they have a fixed schedule and may not be able to accommodate your preferred time and day.

Throughout the year HHC holds parent trainings. Please consult the online calendar for upcoming events which may be of interest to you.
